Court for Intellectual Property Rights Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – the Net-a-Porter Group Limited

The Court for Intellectual Property Rights ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – the Net-a-Porter Group Limited (Great Britain) in the Russian trademark No. 259258 non-use cancelation case. The court fully satisfied our claims, terminating the legal protection of the trademark regarding part of the goods of class 16 and the services of class 41 of the Nice Classification.
