Arbitration Appeal Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – RENAULT s.a.s. (France).

The Ninth Arbitration Appeal Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – RENAULT s.a.s. (France) in an administrative infringement case. The court upheld in full the Ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court on the same case on bringing the offender to administrative responsibility according to part 1 of art. 14.10 of the Russian Administrative Offences Code for illegal use of the trademark “RENAULT” the right holder of which is RENAULT s.a.s.
