Moscow Arbitration Court Approves Amicable Agreement in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – FERRERO S.p.A. (Italy)

Moscow Arbitration Court approved an Amicable Agreement in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – FERRERO S.p.A. (Italy) in a trademark infringement case. According to the provisions of the Amicable Agreement the infringer recognizes in full the non-property claims of FERRERO S.p.A. and undertakes that the form of its product and its package will meet the requirements of the Amicable Agreement.
