Moscow Arbitration Court Approves Amicable Agreement in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – SNIPS S.r.l. (Italy)

The Moscow Arbitration Court approved an Amicable Agreement in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – SNIPS S.r.l. (Italy) in a copyright protection case. According to the provisions of the Amicable Agreement, the infringer undertakes to cease introducing the contested goods into the turnover.
