Arbitration Appeal Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – Purity Laboratories Ltd.

The Ninth Arbitration Appeal Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Purity Laboratories Ltd. (Ireland) in a trademark infringement case over the use of the Russian trademark No. 345776 ”Beverly Hills Formula” . The Ninth Arbitration Appeal Court revoked the Ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court on the same case on termination of the proceedings of the case and ruled to forward the case for a new trial to the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
