The Chamber for Patent Disputes of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property decided in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – ISHIDA CO. LTD (Japan) in a case challenging the validity of the Russian patent No 2550898. Patent holder was ordered to amend the claims.
