Nizhny Novgorod Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – JSC "Khokhlomskaya Painting"

Nizhny Novgorod District Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client –  JSC "Khokhlomskaya Painting" (defendant) in a copyright protection case. The court completely rejected the plaintiff's claims against JSC "Khokhlomskaya Painting" on recognition of the exclusive right to the works of arts and crafts: polubasskaya spoon, fishing spoon, opolovnik large. The court also rejected the plaintiff's claims for recovery of the court costs in the amount of 80 000 rubles.
