Arbitration Appeal Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – CJS “Sandoz”

The Ninth Arbitration Appeal Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – CJS “Sandoz” in a Russian trademark ”MATRIX” (No. 315834) infringement case. The Court upheld in full the Decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court regarding the same case according to which the court rejected the claims of the plaintiff against JSC “Sandoz”. The court refused compensation for alleged infringement of the trademark rights, recognizing the absence of infringement.
