Court for Intellectual Property Rights Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – LLC “Teva”

The Court for Intellectual Property Rights ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – LLC “Teva” in a cancellation action regarding Russian trademark registrations No. 208160, 253925, 258873, 263812, 265889 regarding goods of class 5 and services of classes 35 and 42 of Nice Classification because of their non-use during three years preceding the filing of the law suit. The court satisfied the claims of LLC “Teva” and terminated the legal protection of the Russian trademarks No. 208160, 253925, 258873, 263812, 265889 partially in relation to the goods of class 5 indicated in the trademark registrations.
