Court for Intellectual Property Rights Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – JSC Special Design Bureau "Turbine"

The Court for Intellectual Property Rights ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – JSC "Special Design Bureau "Turbine" in a utility model “Air cleaner” patents RU 89632, RU 96187 and RU 119397 invalidation case in part regarding indication of Tamara I. Berezina as the patent owner and on recognition of JSC "Special Design Bureau "Turbine" as the patent owner of the utility model under the said patents. The Court invalidated utility model patents RU 89632, RU 96187 and RU 119397 in part regarding indication of Tamara I. Berezina as the patent owner, recognized JSC "Special Design Bureau "Turbine" as the patent owner of utility model “Air cleaner” under applications No. 2009131347, 2009142497, 2011143551, obliged the Russian Patent Office to issue new Russian utility model patents under applications No. 2009131347, 2009142497, 2011143551 indicating JSC "Special Design Bureau "Turbine" as the patent owner.
