November 26, 2010 Moscow Arbitration Court took a Decision in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client Shell International BV Intellectual Property Services (Netherlands). By the said Decision, the Court rejected the claims of company Translang Technologies Ltd. challenging the decision of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks (Rospatent) as of March 12, 2009 about termination of the Eurasian patent No 002780, which is owned by Translang Technologies Ltd. By the said decision of Rospatent the Eurasian patent No 002780 was terminated on the basis of objections of Sojuzpatent. Sojuzpatent’s objections were based on the fact that a number of features contained in the claims of Eurasian patent No 002780 were missed in the initial materials of the international application.
