The Ninth Arbitration Appeal Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s clients – Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Israel) and LLC “TEVA" on recognition invalid of the decision of the Russian Patent Office on refusal to consider opposition on the issuance of the Russian patent No. 2148400 case.

 The State Court of Kiev Ruled in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Ghan and Lee Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (China) in  the Ukrainian patent ą 79477 invalidation case. The court satisfied the claims of Ghan and Lee Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and recognized the Ukrainian patent No. 79477 (patent holder - Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH) completely invalid.
